A flexible “Third Place” that draws clientele day and night.
This venue seeks to become the anchor of an evolving entertainment district, and the go-to spot for locals. The multi-layered space is designed to support the mobile lifestyle of its digitized, modern clientele, facilitating their shifting needs and desires from day to night. The character of the adaptive-reuse project is a curated balance between the historic bones of the building and the contemporary materials and eclectic decor of the renovation. Each sketch rendering was developed to communicate the concept and potential look & feel of the proposed project to investors and community members.
A club for the modern world.
Like old-school clubs (but without the exclusivity, of course), The Urbanite Club is the place to go to suit all your needs. Between the primary café bar, the food cart courtyard, and the performance hall & bar, you can find somewhere to catch up with old friends, meet new ones, have a business meeting, write your novel, attend a concert, or whatever else suits the moment.
The three large program areas can either blend into one another, or be separated entirely, to accommodate different events. In turn, these zones are each composed of a variety of subspaces, which cultivate activities of a smaller scale. There are even lockers available to rent, so you can securely stash your laptop while you socialize.
